Philippa oversees CAF’s relationships with corporate clients and high net worth donors as well as the client experience for individual givers, and charities who receive donations and use CAF for fundraising and advice. She leads the Client Relations team, a group of expert advisers who provide a dedicated account management service to some of the best-known brands and most ambitious philanthropists whether that is engaging their employees in Give As You Earn, making the most of their corporate budget, or supporting individuals to invest and deploy their philanthropic capital. She has a corporate background and has been with CAF since 2017.

Joe is responsible for leading the growth of CAF’s Giving and Impact products, including working closely with professional advisers to provide philanthropy support to equip them to better assist their clients with charitable giving. As Head of the American Donor Fund, Joe assists dual US/UK taxpayers with philanthropy and leads its strategy, generating over £100 million yearly. Joe holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation, and also holds the ICA Advanced International Anti money laundering certificate. He has a background in philanthropy, grantmaking and fundraising.
